Geocaching 4.6.08
Went caching with David and Dylan on Sunday. David had to be at work at 4 so we went early to a park in Fremont to do a series by GeoWomyn_SF_CA called Indian Mini-Montage. It was a lot of fun and the weather was beautiful.

The montage was fun. We had to find 6 caches to get clues to the last.

Watch out for those dangerous raccoons!

Thats a HUGE tree/bush of poison oak... it was freakin huge!!!

Did we find it? Oh yes we did!

There were tons of swallows flying around and about 30 homes set up for them.

It's the Super Cool Losers!

Hey, 24? We're 24!

See all those geese? That was about as close to them as Dylan was willing to get! They were pretty freaky.

The trusty electronics!

The final is in the rock grouping. The weather was really pretty.

The wildflowers were really blooming.

David resting on the rocks before finding the cache.

View from the cache. You can really see the flowers.

We released our first Pathtag!

Round trip total

While we were there, we saw tons of people bird watching. Dylan couldn't fathom why people would like bird watching, but then we realized that some people couldn't fathom why finding tupperware in the woods made any sense either. But once Dylan saw this poster is made total sense! Haha

EDIT: Forgot to add the video!

Very nice post. It's funny, it feels like that was SO LONG ago, but really it was yesterday.
